Dear Friends,
The True Heart Sangha supports  Days of Mindfulness when we offer extended time to practice mindfulness and cultivate compassion for ourselves and others. Please mark down Saturday December 2nd, a day entitled Falling in love with the Earth. 

At my home 185 Town Hill Road Appleton from 10am to 3pm. 
The schedule is attached. it includes chanting, readings by Thay, generous sitting and walking meditation periods, the Ceremony of Touching the Earth, Dharma Sharing, Pot luck lunch, and Deep Relaxation practice.

Let me know if you plan to attend. Please share this invitation with anyone and/or other sanghas. You are welcome to attend any part of the day. Any questions please ask.

Reading I Falling in Love with the Earth, We and the Earth are One.


10:15-10:35am Sitting with a Guided Meditation 20 mins.

10:40-11:00am Walking meditation. 20 minutes.

11:00-11:30 Sitting meditation. 30 minutes 


Reading II Great Mother Earth Falling in Love.

11:30-11:45 Walking meditation 15 minutes.


Reading III Nothing is more important than brotherhood and 

sisterhood. 

11:50-12:20pm Sitting meditation. 30 minutes.


Ceremony of Touching the Earth 

12:20– 12:40pm 

12:45-1:05pm Dharma Sharing 


Potluck 1:05 Lunch quiet preparation, Eating in Silence.

Reading IV True Happiness is made of LoveThe bread in your hand

1:10-1:45pm

1:45pm Silent clean up work meditation. Set up for Deep Relaxation practice and Closing circle.


2:00-2:40 Deep Relaxation practice

2:45-3:00 closure final circle and Departure.
